Researchers engaged in cognitive psychology exhibit a heightened concern for the alterations in the mechanisms of the learning process, this entails an endeavor to discern individual variances in cognitive processes to elucidate behavioral change through the analysis of the methodologies and techniques. Consequently, innovative concepts have emerged, including, but not limited to: learning styles, learning strategies, and learning processes. This book tries to provide a synthesis of related terms. At the same time, an empirical research is presented to study the use of these strategies in distance education.
