Boris Martor, a graduate of the DJCE and Panthéon-Sorbonne University, is a Bird&Bird partner and has worked in the infrastructure sector in Europe and Africa for over 25 years. He teaches at the Universities of Paris Assas and Sorbonne Paris Nord and as part of training courses at the École des Mines Paris Tech. Ousmane Diawara, a graduate of the École des Mines de Nancy, has been working for over 15 years with public and private players in the development and financing of infrastructure projects, particularly in Africa. He gives numerous training courses on this subject.
