Oksana Vasil'evna Chmyga, PhD in Law (2010), holds the academic title of Associate Professor (2013). Successfully completed her full-time doctoral studies at the Belarusian State University in 2023. Author of over 110 scientific publications. Scientific, administrative and practical experience of over 20 years.
