Tao Ke is the Editor-in-Chief of Lei Feng magazine and former Deputy Editor-in-Chief of PLA Daily. A renowned speaker in China's " Core Socialist Values" lecture series, he is an expert in the historical and cultural studies of Lei Feng. His works include The 1998 Yangtze River Battle and The Unofficial Lei Feng Regiment, both of which won the prestigious " Five-One Project" Award for cultural excellence. He also co-authored The Lei Feng Phenomenon in China, a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Book Award.
