R. W. (Bill) Alderson, a graduate of Maryland Bible College & Seminary, was ordained as a minister in 1994 and planted a church in the Cleveland, Ohio area, in 1998 and was its pastor for twelve years. He has also spent many years ministering in nursing homes and teaching residents at the Salvation Army in an abuse recovery program. Pastor Bill has a passion for studying the Word of God with intensity and wrote and published a book about the new covenant in 2022 entitled Finding Full Assurance of Faith: The New Covenant in Three Dimensions. He is currently an associate pastor of Greater Grace World Outreach in Baltimore, Maryland, an international missions-oriented church with more than 750 affiliated churches around the world.
