James "Mr. Speaker" Sears is a retired Army officer originally from Louisville, KY. He is an event host, motivational speaker, spoken word artist, track coach, and professional mentor with the Steve Harvey Summer Camp. He is a highly decorated Soldier, a former adjunct professor for Saint Leo University, the author of two books, producer of 4 spoken word CDs, and he has been responsible for the lives of numerous individuals during four combat tours and 30 years of military service. Mr. Speaker is all about mentoring our youth, supporting veteran's issues, being a champion for victims, and taking the art of spoken word to the next level.
