The aim of this study was to determine the knowledge of guardians about the vaccination schedule in children aged 2 to 18 months, in the CAPS Nº8 of Barrio Huarpes II, located in Godoy Cruz, Mendoza, during the period from March to April 2025. A quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out. The population consisted of guardians of children attending the health center, who answered a structured questionnaire. The results showed that, although the guardians recognize the importance of vaccination, there is an insufficient level of knowledge regarding the national calendar, especially in relation to combined vaccines and boosters. It is concluded that it is essential to strengthen health education strategies from the professional role of nurses, promoting informed and timely adherence to the childhood vaccination schedule.
