Winner of the 2022 Premio Vincenzo Crocitti International award for literature and music, Dr. Mario Dell'Olio is the author of Letters from Italy, Lettere dall'Italia, Elusive Light: A Journey Through Grief, Tilting Toward the Sun, New Men: Innocence Lost, Coming About: Life in the Balance, and Body and Soul He is the music director at Sonoma Academy in California. Previously, he was chair of the music department and ethics teacher at Marymount School in Manhattan. He holds a Doctor of Sacred Music, a Master of Music in Vocal Performance, and a Master of Religious Education. The Empire City Men's Chorus of New York performed a concert/documentary based on Coming About.
