Vitas Saldi¿nas has been examining with a polygraph since 1992. He worked with the CQT methodology. He improved CIT. Now he is an independent polygraph examiner and conducts criminal investigations with a polygraph with EKT.A. Kovalenka was a long-time criminal police investigator. He helped V.Saldi¿nas a lot in conducting polygraph examinations.
