Dr. André Mampuya ist Leiter der Polytechnischen Fakultät der President Joseph Kasa Vubu University. Er ist in den Bereichen Ingenieurwissenschaften in Lehre und Forschung tätig. Derzeit absolviert er einen Master-Abschluss an der Regional School of Water der Universität Kinshasa, wo er sein Wissen über Wasser und Energie vertieft.
