Jay Ratia, MSW, LCSW, is a cognitive behavioral therapist with nearly two decades of experience dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their mental well-being. His journey began with a deep-seated desire to make a difference, leading him to pursue a career in social work. Driven by a commitment to compassionate and effective care, Jay founded Ratia Revolution in 2022, a Raleigh-based practice where he provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their emotional challenges. As a leading expert in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), he helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, self-identity, self-awareness, acceptance of oneself, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. He has a rich and diverse professional background, having worked in various settings including schools, county and state mental health facilities, and forensic facilities.
