There comes a time when we all ask ourselves those searching questions: what s the point, why are we here, what s it all about? I ve thought about it and I think I ve worked it out: life is a hotel. You and I are both staying in the hotel along with the other eight billion guests. Whether you have recently checked in or find yourself sitting in reception with your suitcases ready to leave, we will all experience similar things. We check in, check out, look at the view from the balcony, discover which floor we are on and inevitably, visit lost property; some of us sign the guestbook and when we ultimately leave, is that it? What happens next? Will we ever come back and stay again? The cover shows the 500 year old cellar in the Hotel Klosterbrau in Seefeld Austria, the inspiration for this book.
