Lavell Harris is an author, poet, inspirational speaker, and dedicated advocate for wellness, mental health, self-care, and overall well-being. Holding an Associate of Arts degree in English with a focus on creative writing from Harold Washington College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chicago State University, Lavell combines literary artistry with psychological insight.
