Melanie Simpson graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Music degree. She received the Teacher of the Year award from Katy ISD as an elementary music teacher. Melanie has worn many professional hats: children's minister, worship leader, event coordinator, choir director, and currently, private teacher of piano and voice through her business, Melanie's Melody.
