Help your child pause, breathe, and return to the present moment with this gentle meditation book for children. It's not always easy being you. Sometimes loud thoughts and big feelings take over, and everything feels noisy and overwhelming. Where did you go? Take a breath. Feel the bright, living energy in your body. Can you sense the lightness that's still there? Drawing on his experience as an artist, author, and Montessori educator, contemplative guide Conor Detwiler invites children-and the adults who read with them-on a simple, colorful journey through emotion and back to calm awareness. With vibrant illustrations inspired by the natural world, Light Bright Light gently reminds us that no feeling lasts forever. At any moment, we can pause, breathe, and reconnect with the steady brightness within.
