Powell's poems invite us to pull back into quiet and reconnect with the values we have held dear.
Autorenporträt
Roxie Powell was born in western Kansas during the Dust Bowl. He grew up in the high Sangre de Christo Mountains of Southern Colorado. He earned his MA at Johns Hopkins University, taught at Coppin State University in Baltimore, Maryland, and finished his career at the Baltimore City Office of Employment Development. Auerhahn Press of San Francisco first published his poetry in 1963.
