LOUISE HUNTER a powerful woman of great faith was destined to walk a path filled with promise and pain. Being oblivious to her purpose in life, Louise realized that destiny beckoned her to a higher calling. Mysteriously, misfortune and mistakes transformed this obscure housewife and mother of twenty-one children into a woman of vision and valor. This poignant story recounts how despite ridicule and rejection, Mother Hunter established the Love and Charity Homeless Shelter relying wholly upon her faith, intuition and will to survive. From the depths of her own experiences and in the midst of mounting adversity, Louise reached out to help countless others less fortunate than herself. Now a legend in her own time, Louise Hunter emerges as one of America greatest humanitarians and champions for the cause of the socially and economically disadvantaged.
Dennis James Woods has studied eschatology for over 50 years. His fascination with end times prophecy began in 1976 while serving inthe Navy aboard the U.S.S. England, after reading Hal Lindsey's The Late Great Planet Earth. In 1982, after being honorably discharged, he continued to pursue his eschatological interests studying the work of many dispensational authors and teachers. In 1994, while on staff at the Milwaukee Rescue Mission, Dr. Woods' first book Unlocking the Door: A Key to Biblical Prophecy was published, giving him national exposure. In 1995, he further sharpened his eschatological skills by taking a Revelation course taught by the renowned New Testament scholar Dr. D.A. Carson, at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Elmbrook Church, in Brookfield Wisconsin. The specific reason for taking Carson's course was to have his theories that challenged dispensationalism, evaluated by a renowned scholar. In 1996-97, he then corresponded with Dallas Theological Seminary giants Dr. John Walvoord and J. Dwight Pentecost with the expressed intent of challenging their work in support of the pretribulation rapture theory. Dr. Woods' book Revelation Revolution: The Antichrist, Angels, and the Abyss, highlights aspects of these exchanges with Walvoord and Pentecost. Dr. Woods has written eight books and has advised, contributed, and edited over fifty books. Dr. Woods was ordained in 1990, and in 2004, received his Doctor of Biblical Studies from Midwest Theological Institute of Indiana. For the last 24 years he has taught the PHD radio bible class on WBGX radio Chicago, and since 2018, has hosted the Revelation Revolution Podcast reaching national and international audiences. Woods has appeared in national magazines such as Ebony, Gospel Today, Today's Christian, and a number of local newspapers throughout the country and television networks such as TBN and the Word Network. For the past 27 years, Dr. Woods has been happily married to his lovely wife Chantia Woods who faithfully serves God and has supported her husband throughout all their ministry and business endeavors. Through their marriage, God has used them to spread faith, hope, and love to countless individuals, through preaching and teaching the Gospel, all for the glory of God.
