Heather Ewings is an Australian author of speculative fiction, with a MA in History and an urge to save the world by looking and what knowledge we've lost/forgotten/ignored from the past. Her debut novella 'What the Tide Brings' was first printed for inclusion in The People's Library Project in Sep 2018, and then published in the midst of lockdown in 2020. In 2022 she received an Honorable Mention in the Stillhouse Press Novella Competition for 'Fixing Kendra'.Heather lives among gum trees and wattles, where she balances her time home schooling her youngest child, making beeswax candles, and attempting to grow some veggies among the weeds.
