Catherine Fitzgerald is a retired elementary educator (22 years). She holds a bachelor s degree in elementary education and a master s degree in children s writing. Her goal has always been to help students find their voice by encouraging them to write about topics they know and love. Now Catherine is pursuing her own passion for writing. Her favorite topic? Her Jack Russell Terrier, Maggie, who has supplied her with an endless number of adventures to write about. Catherine has three grown children and lives in Arizona with her husband. She enjoys reading, writing, golfing, and knitting.
