Michael Edmondson, PhD, is the Associate Provost for Continued Learning at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and the Vice President of the Learning and Development Initiative at the New Jersey Innovation Institute. Dr. Edmondson also serves as the Co-Editor of the Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior Collection for Business Experts Press (BEP). This is Dr. Edmondson's ninth book published by BEP.
