O Dr. Bala Jeremiah David obteve o seu doutoramento em Tecnologia Ambiental na Universiti Sains Malaysia. Atualmente, é Professor Sénior no Departamento de Microbiologia da Universidade Federal de Tecnologia, Minna, Estado do Níger, Nigéria, e é membro da Sociedade Nigeriana de Microbiologia, da Sociedade de Biotecnologia da Nigéria e da Sociedade Americana de Microbiologia.
