Baljit Singh, MSc, PhD : Professeur associé, Département de chimie, Université de l'Himachal Pradesh - Shimla-HP-Inde. Il a 15 ans d'expérience dans la recherche et l'enseignement après son doctorat, a publié plus de 85 articles de recherche et a guidé 6 étudiants en doctorat et 16 étudiants en maîtrise dans le domaine des hydrogels polymères et des dispositifs d'administration de médicaments. Il a géré de nombreux projets de recherche.
