Esther Amina Akuh (Ph.D) es actualmente profesora de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Estatal de Kogi Anyigba. Obtuvo un Certificado de Enseñanza de Grado II, el Certificado Nigeriano en Educación (NCE), una Licenciatura en Artes Lingüísticas (Inglés), una Maestría (M.Ed) y un Doctorado en Filosofía (Ph.D), ambos en Administración y Planificación Educativa.
