Dr. Paul G Aquinas is Professor and Chairman Post Graduate Department of Studies and Research in Social Work, Mangalore University. He has over 25 years of Post-Graduate teaching experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Organization Behaviour area. A corporate trainer, he has worked with post graduate students, corporate executives and professionals. He has conducted Management development programmes, Supervisory development programmes and leadership development programmes for corporate clientele. He is also a facilitator in enhancing skills of target groups like teachers, students in graduate and post-graduate classes etc. The skill enhancement programmes are in the areas of Interviewing skills, presentation and communication skills, emotional intelligence, NLP etc. Dr. Aquinas is a multi-faceted personality with varied activities and achievements. He has several degrees to his credit; MA (Economics), MBA (Marketing Management) M.Com (Costing), M.Com (Advanced Banking), MSW (Personnel Management and Industrial Relations), and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management. He has obtained his PhD for his thesis on "Personnel Practices and HRD Systems in Banks". D.Litt. Thesis Title: Talent Management System for Teachers in Higher Education Institutes and its impact in Job Performance through Individual Job Attitudes A prolific writer, Dr. Aquinas researched and published several Books, Journals, and Research articles in the areas of Organisation Behaviour and the Management of Human Resources and has presented papers on the topic in several international seminars and conferences. He has served several Universities and Autonomous Institutes as member of Board of Studies (BOS) and Examiners (BOE) for MBA and M.Com courses. He is a doctoral referee for Indian and Foreign Universities. Currently he is the Chairman Board of Studies (BOS) and Chairman Board of examiners (BOE), Chairman Doctoral studies (DOS) and Chairman Post Graduate Department of Studies and Research in Social Work, Mangalore University. He is the life time member of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) He is also the Doctoral Committee expert in Business Administration of MAHE- deemed to be University Manipal.
