Godé ATSHWEL-OKEL MUNTUNGI ist Doktor der Politik- und Verwaltungswissenschaften an der Universität Kinshasa und Experte für Management. Derzeit ist er Vollzeitprofessor an der Universität Kinshasa und freiberuflicher Professor an mehreren Universitäten und Hochschulen in der gesamten DR Kongo.
