Mehaad A. Tegally is Registered Professional Systems Engineer, having majored in Systems Engineering, with Operations Research and Industrial Engineering. He is also Certified Quality Manager and Operations Management trainer. Throughout the years, he has acquired a wide range of hands-on experience working in and with several different organizations in the industrial, service, and social fields. He has worked, provided training, and consulted in areas of Operations Management, Re-engineering and Optimization, Customer Service, Quality and Project Management, and General Management. He is a Systems Thinking adept, passionate about Competing Sustainably for the Future, and a Systems Change advocate. He is founder of the Sustainable Operating System Initiative® and developed the Dimensions Surfacing Heuristics. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he wrote about the "Need to Rethink Organizations". He has also written press and journal articles of national and academic interests during the past 40 years. More recently, he wrote about how to tackle multi-dimensional complex problems in organizations and was involved in mini-symposia sessions organized by the 'International Society for the Systems Sciences'.
