In 2000, Mike and Patty had an idea. They were both employed, preparing to send their oldest child off to college while preparing their younger son for his first year of private high school. They had already been married for twenty years and had never seemed to get ahead financially. Together, they decided that it was time to make changes in the way they earned money. Over the twenty years that followed, they started a company that grew to five hundred employees. Together, they grew their territory from a Florida staffing company to a company that did business in more than forty states. They approached every day with faith, ethics, trust, prudence, courage, and love for one another and everyone they encountered. In 2020, they agreed to sell their company to a Private Equity group. Now, they're sharing what they learned with readers like you. Patty and Mike have been married now for close to fifty years and, thankfully, remain "Married and Working Together."
