Plixavra Vogiatzoglou is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Amsterdam (Amsterdam Center for International Law and Institute for Information Law). Her research interests revolve around the governance of emerging technologies. She holds a PhD from the KU Leuven Centre for IT & IP Law, where she remains an affiliated researcher.
