Youness Manzali was born in Fez, Morocco, in 1991. He obtained his master's degree in information systems, networks and multimedia (SIRM) from the Faculty of Sciences (FSDM) at the USMBA in Fez in 2015. He obtained his PhD in computer science in 2025 on the subject "Improvement and application of machine learning algorithms".
