Dr. Manisha Mittal is a recognized leader in the field of Holistic Medicine. She is double board certified as an internist and rheumatologist and has a Master's in Maharishi Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine. Dr. Mittal serves as a member of the Dean's advisory council at California Health Sciences University to promote medical education. She is the founder of Moksha Holistic Center in California where she combines the best of eastern and western medicine to heal her patients. She hosts wellness workshops for the community, Joy of Medicine workshop for physicians and wellness sessions for medical students. She is a frequent guest on TV and has been featured in numerous podcasts. She created Golden Ice Spice Turmeric Ice-cream in Central Valley California and believes food is medicine.
