Due to increasing role of Higher Education in the world, it is highly essential for a university to work on development of HE infrastructure and provision of high level of service quality. Today, in students environment, Northern Cyprus is widely known for its tertiary education sector and particularly, for Eastern Mediterranean University. The university is ranked 1-st among 20 universities throughout Cyprus and 968-th throughout the world.(EMU, 2015). This book aims to analyse service quality satisfaction in the Eastern Mediterranean University, so to understand perception of SERVQUAL from post-graduate students' perspective, and can serve a tool to a provision of better and improved quality of service.

Narmina Vazirova est née à Bakou, en Azerbaïdjan, et a travaillé dans différents domaines de la qualité des services, tels que la logistique et l'éducation, jusqu'en 2013, date à laquelle elle a obtenu une bourse de l'Université de la Méditerranée orientale et a poursuivi ses études en tant qu'étudiante en maîtrise à la faculté du tourisme. Sa thèse de maîtrise a été soutenue en 2016.
