Medicine on Trial takes readers inside the real world of medical regulation, where professional practice meets the law. Through real cases and practical insight, Dr. Ogunsanya explains how doctors can navigate the challenges of investigation, practice safely, and avoid the common pitfalls of clinical work. With clarity and empathy, the book reassures practitioners that good medicine and good regulation can co-exist, and that doctors need not live in fear of practicing defensively. It is an essential guide for every clinician seeking confidence, fairness and balance in modern medical practice.
