Donna Bartlett, PharmD, BCGP is a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist licensed in Massachusetts. She is an associate professor of pharmacy practice at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University, with a clinical rotation site at UMASSHealthAlliance Hospital in Leominster, MA. She has over 10 years' experience as a clinical pharmacist at the MCPHS University-Pharmacy Outreach Program, and over 20 years of retail experience.She has served as an active member of several committees, includinga Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee as a geriatric pharmacistspecialist, the MA Falls Prevention Coalition, and the Poison Controland Prevention Advisory Board serving MA and RI.She is a podcast host for The Senior Care Pharmacist throughthe American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and a guest of theQuality Corner Show with Pharmacy Quality Solutions. She hasshared her knowledge of medication therapy management (MTM),deprescribing, polypharmacy, geriatrics, falls prevention, medicationaccess, affordability, and adherence with various audiences, includingpatients, health-care providers, social workers, and professional,local, state, and national organizations.
