Oksana Lushchevska ist eine ukrainische Schriftstellerin und Übersetzerin. Sie ist ein aktives Mitglied des PEN UKRAINE. Oksana ist die Autorin von 50 Kinder- und Jugendbüchern. Oksana hält einen MA in Literaturwissenschaft der Penn State University sowie einen Doktortitel in Pädagogik/Kinderliteratur der University of Georgia. Derzeit ist sie als Beraterin für Kinderliteratur und als kreative Kuratorin der STORY+I Creative Workshop Group tätig. Oksana lebt in State College, PA, USA.
