Dorothy Akpamgbo is a Nigerian United States citizen of Igbo heritage. She has MA, LB, LL.B, BA, and NCE. She is a Noble Lady Auxiliary of the Order of Knights of St. John International. She was a graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills where she obtained some education credentials and an MA in Multicultural Education.
