Will Sutter is retired from the US State Department's Foreign Service. His diplomatic career took hin to Bangkok, Thailand, Vientiane, Laos, Moscow, USSR, Kinshasa, Republic of the Congo and Nouakchott, Mauritania. He has also lived as a private citizen in Rome, Italy and Vienna, Austria. He now lives in Lexington, Kentucky. Memoir is his fifteenth novel.
