Autorenporträt
SID MARTY is the author of award-nominated and award-winning non-fiction, including The Black Grizzly of Whiskey Creek, Switchbacks, and Men for the Mountains, as well as several collections of poetry. He was a park warden (ranger) in the 1960s and 70s, patrolling the mountain backcountry with saddle and pack horses, and wrote many of his poems then.
