Autorenporträt
Marcia E. Canton, Ph.D. is an educator and consultant, specializing in organization and management development. She is President of Canton Associates, a consulting firm developed to improve the effectiveness of educational institutions and the workplace by assisting decision-makers and managers in a diverse labor force. She is also Professor Emeritus from San Jose State University where she taught a myriad of health, diversity and management courses for more than twenty-five years. She also served as the first Coordinator of the Faculty Mentor Program which received a Chancellor's Award for outstanding service.
