Jennifer Taylor of Kansas City, Missouri, is a successful entrepreneur and Realtor specializing in helping seniors and their families with downsizing and moving. Jennifer graduated from Benedictine College with a bachelor of arts in business administration and from Mid-America Nazarene University with a master of business administration. After graduating from college and before starting Clear It Out, Jennifer was a flight attendant and worked as a financial analyst and underwriter for a major insurance company. Jennifer does speaking engagements throughout her community, providing tips to make the downsizing and moving process go smoother and to help people get started.Jennifer and her husband, Todd, have been married for more than thirty years and are the parents to three wonderful children, including a set of twins. She founded Clear It Out while raising her young family, as she wanted a career that helped people and that was on her own schedule so she could be involved in her children's activities. Later, as her children grew up, she became a Realtor to provide even broader services to clients.After helping hundreds of clients with Clear It Out, Jennifer has learned the most efficient ways to get the project of downsizing and moving accomplished while realizing that each client's needs are different both regarding their possessions and emotions.
