D. Elizabeth is a human person who periodically writes things, drinks far too much tea and coffee (if there is such a thing), and loathes writing biographies. From poetry to novels, she strives to bring to light the struggles so many of us face in our daily lives. As someone who lives with anxiety and depression herself, she intends to take part in the shift surrounding the dialogue and views of mental/emotional health.
