Ann Bernstein is founder and executive director at the Centre for Development and Enterprise, an independent policy think-tank based in South Africa. Myron Weiner [deceased] was the Ford International Professor of Political Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a director of MIT's Centre for International Studies, and chaired the external research advisory committee of the UNHCR.
