Dr. BRUNO A. CAYOUN is a clinical and research psychologist and the developer of Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT). As Director of the MiCBT Institute, he has trained mental health professionals worldwide. He is the author of Mindfulness-integrated CBT: Principles and Practice and co-author of The Clinical Handbook of Mindfulness-integrated CBT. Dr. ANDREA D. GRABOVAC is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of British Columbia and a Co-Director of the North American Chapter of the MiCBT Institute. She specialises in mindfulness-based interventions for psychiatric conditions and has co-authored competency-based training guidelines for mindfulness-based therapies.
