Morgan Greenseth and Christy Beaver own the Mini Empire Bakery in Seattle where they supply restaurants and cafes with cupcake-size pies. Morgan Greenseth has been involved with the many aspects of food throughout her life. Growing up in the Midwest, as a young girl she learned to bake with her mother and grandmother. She now designs the interiors of restaurants and cafes, and also helps fill their pastry case with treats. When not brightening up interiors, she's veganizing her favorite desserts and competing in baking competitions. She has written about food and the environment for Wolrdchanging.com and has served a panelist for the Fearless Critic Seattle Restaurant Guide book. Having relocated from Seattle, Washington, to New York City, Morgan now manages CHAMPS diner and bakery. Christy Beaver began helping her mother and grandmother in the kitchen as soon as she could walk, from which she developed a lifelong love for pie. After moving to the Pacific Northwest, she noticed a lack of wholesome home-baked goods, which inspired her to start Mini Empire Bakery, for which she now heads up Seattle operations. Her goals are to enable everyone to enjoy small portions of their favorite treats and help Mini Empire take over the world, one tiny dessert at t time. She lives in Seattle, Washington with her devoted dachshund, Andy.
