After a life-long professional life as a teacher, instructional coach, and testing coordinator, Linda moved from Texas to New York to be granny nanny to her first grandchild. Noticing the need to answer inquisitive questions about the tragedy of 9/11, she wrote the book, Miracle of Little Tree. Realizing children learn by doing, she has now created this interactive workbook to expand children's learning experience based on that book. She hopes through the creative activities and illustrations by noted artist, Alicia Young, children will learn more fascinating facts about the 9/11 Survivor Tree, as well as concepts from science, social studies, and language arts.
