Dr. Maimoona Ahmed is an obstetrician by profession. She is an ardent writer and her literary works include many articles and chapters in medical journals and textbooks. She is also a published author of the children's novels Rani and I and Rani's Sanctuary. Mismatched Socks is her first poetry composition.
