Roger Bila KABORE è attualmente consulente internazionale in materia di monitoraggio-valutazione e sviluppo di progetti per diverse organizzazioni come UNDP, FAO, UNICEF, UN Women, ADB, UEMOA ed ECOWAS. È stato: assistente di programma presso la Rappresentanza FAO in Burkina; docente presso l'Università di Ouagadougou; direttore di Agricoltura.
