Elder Darryl P. Ragsdale Sr. is a dedicated minister and community leader with a passion for outreach and discipleship. Answering his call to ministry at 22, he was ordained as an elder in 2009 and later founded The Oasis of Hope Outreach Ministries in Houston, Texas, serving those in need.
