Pamela Koehne-Drube ('Introducing Morgana le Fey') is an accomplished historian and ghostwriter with a passion for mythology, fantasy and horror. Her portfolio boasts dozens of ghostwriting credits across imprints of Taylor & Francis and Hachette. As a researcher, she has written extensively about the pipeline of history to mythology and popular culture, with a focus on Arthurian legend and vampire lore, fostered by a lifelong love of the subject. Her haunting short stories have appeared in literary horror magazine, The Ghastling, receiving a notable mention in Ellen Datlow’s annual horror anthology, Best Horror of the Year. Alongside her own writing, Pamela dedicates herself to mentoring aspiring authors through their writing and publishing journeys. She is based in Wales, the heartland of Arthurian legend. Dr Marta Cobb (Foreword) currently teaches medieval subjects in the School of History at the University of Leeds, focusing in particular on female mystics as well as modern representations and appropriations of the medieval. She has recently published an essay about the portrayal of Morgan le Fay in film and television.
