Autorenporträt
Who is Kiley Baker? Well ... she is her own woman who doesn't like no for an answer but is learning, (still), to accept that sometimes perhaps the universe does know best. Slowly after many years she is becoming aware that oftentimes a closed door or a failed relationship is a painful and frustrating redirection, but also a savior in ways. It's all a learning process, and that in time and in retrospect, things start to make more sense. Kiley is a mum of three and the owner and head instructor of her own martial arts academy in Melbourne, Australia. She does not wish to reveal her age, because well only children like to declare that, but has been doing Karate and Kickboxing for over 30 yrs now.Kiley has too many hobbies (and too much stuff according to her kids and partner) but she does love challenges and trying new things. She likes to try her hand at painting and craft, and at time of printing this collection, she is currently trying to learn to play the violin. Yep ... Kiley is far too busy for her own good, which is why she keeps buying more pot plants to look after and trying to fit in time to keep writing in between. This is Kiley's fourth published book across four different genres, and she is currently working away on another children's book, and more poetry. You know ... in between time. Will she finish them?
