Despite having navigated the challenges of Stills disease from the age of five, I embraced the times when I was well and had a fun childhood, enjoying the outdoors with my family and friends. As an advocate for resilience and self-discovery my passion for sharing my journey with you has been driven by wanting to help others living with inflammatory arthritis especially juvenile idiopathic arthritis. As you have discovered my memoir delves into how I have managed my Stills to be the best I can be. At 56, I now enjoy life with my husband, fondly known as Mog, my 18-year-old daughter, Ellie, and our rescue dog, Wilf, embracing our love of motorbiking and going away in our campervan. This is my debut book, and I hope my story will inspire and help others to find their own path to healing and growth.
